03 — YOUTH CATALYSTS FOR ACTION
Young people identify both barriers and possibilities. Their priorities become active prompts for pedagogy, curriculum, teacher education and policy.
Catalysts move beyond consultation. Each country develops them from arts-based, co-participatory research, retaining young people’s language and critical edge rather than collapsing their priorities into generic project values.
The workshops provided forums for young people’s voices, dialogue and multiple modes of expression. Through collaborative image-making, written statements, shared reflection and discussion, participants could communicate priorities in ways that did not depend on a single form of contribution.
